One of the things that have always drawn my attention when it comes to art has been animation. One of my favorite animation studios has to be Kyoto Animation Studios. Their use of very smooth transitions between frames and the amount of detail they are able to add in every frame is amazing. Those are the types of animations that really drive me more into drawing in a more elegant manner. The amount of precision they have and confidence with every stroke of their pencil is something to envy. When I take five strokes of the pencil to make a straight line, they take one smooth pencil stroke and they are already halfway done with what they are drawing.
